Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most products at Srotas Space are built to order. Once production begins, materials are cut and shaped specifically for you — which is why our cancellation and refund terms differ from off-the-shelf retail.
Cancellation
- Within 24 hours of order confirmation — full refund of your advance, no questions asked.
- 24–72 hours after confirmation — 75% refund (we may have already cut sheet stock for your order).
- After production has begun — 50% of advance is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is refunded only if we can repurpose the work-in-progress.
- After production is complete — full advance is non-refundable, but you can swap the order for an equivalent-value item from our catalogue.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or cash). You will receive a confirmation message once processed.
Returns
- Manufacturing defect — visible on delivery. Inspect before signing the delivery note. We replace or repair at no charge.
- Damage in transit — note it on the delivery sheet and notify us within 24 hours. We will repair or replace.
- Wrong item delivered — full replacement or refund at our cost.
- Change of mind — for standard non-customized items, return within 7 days in unused condition. Return shipping is at your cost; refund is 90% of order value (10% restocking fee).
- Custom items — cannot be returned for change of mind, only for defects.
What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, overloading, or accidents after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, hardware loosening).
- Modifications made to the product after delivery.
