These terms govern your use of the Srotas Space website (srotas.space) and any orders placed with us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

About us

Srotas Space is an MSME-registered manufacturing partnership operated by Sandeep Maurya and Pramesh Yadav, producing steel, iron, and aluminium furniture.

Quotes and orders

• Quotes shared via WhatsApp, email, or call are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed only after a 50% advance payment for custom-built items, or full payment for standard stock items.
• Final prices may vary if raw material prices (steel, hardware) change between quote and confirmation.
• Standard order fulfilment: 7–14 days. Custom: 14–21 days. Kitchen setups: 21–30 days.

Payment

• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash.
• The remaining balance is due on or before delivery.
• GST is included as applicable on the invoice.

Customization

• You are responsible for confirming dimensions, color, and specifications before production starts.
• Once production begins, design changes may incur additional charges and delays.
• Reference images and sketches you submit remain your property; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them solely for fulfilling your order.

Delivery and installation

• Delivery charges depend on distance and product size; quoted separately.
• Installation, where offered, is included in the delivery quote unless stated otherwise.
• Inspect the goods at the time of delivery and raise any visible issues before signing the delivery note.

Intellectual property

All brand assets, designs, and content on srotas.space are the property of Srotas Space, except for customer-submitted reference images. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of business, deliveries delayed by force majeure, or damage from misuse).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in our place of business.
