Every Srotas Space product is covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Coverage starts on the delivery date.

Warranty by product

Almirah / Cupboard

• Body & welds: 5 years
• Powder coat finish: 3 years against peeling, blistering, and rusting under normal indoor use
• Locking system & hinges: 1 year

Storage Box

• Body & welds: 3 years
• Finish: 2 years
• Hasp & hardware: 1 year

Sofa

• Steel frame & welds: 2 years
• Cushion foam: 1 year
• Upholstery: 6 months against manufacturing defects

Kitchen Setup

• Cabinet body & welds: 5 years
• Finish (powder coat / SS / laminate): 3 years
• Hardware (hinges, drawer slides): 2 years
• Top (granite / quartz / SS / wood): as per supplier — typically 1 year against defects

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
• Premature paint failure (peeling, blistering, flaking) under normal indoor use.
• Hardware failure due to defective parts (not wear-out).
• Weld failure under normal load.

What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, or accidents.
• Outdoor or damp/wet placement (unless ordered with rust-proof outdoor specification).
• Normal wear and tear: surface scratches, fading, hardware loosening from repeated use.
• Modifications, drilling, or repainting done after delivery.
• Damage from improper cleaning agents (acid, harsh solvents).
• Acts of God: fire, flood, earthquake.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 76667 66517 with your order details, delivery date, and clear photos of the issue.
2. We respond within 24 hours and either schedule a workshop visit, an on-site service, or a pickup-for-repair.
3. Warranty repairs and replacements are free of charge. Transport for pickup-and-return is also covered for the first claim within the warranty period.

Maintenance for warranty validity

• Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid acid, abrasives, or solvents.
• Tighten hardware periodically.
• Apply a light coat of furniture wax annually to preserve the finish.
• Keep furniture in a dry, ventilated indoor area unless ordered as outdoor-grade.
